*Rent is charged based upon the overall length of the boat, but the minimum rent is calculated at no less than 90% of the available dock space

All of our slips are concrete docks; most are double loaded, single finger berths. All (except side ties) have a 15 square foot dock box, with water and electrical service included in the rent.

Commercial Operator Rates

Commercial Operator Guest Dock and recreational vessels 70 feet and greater: $2.5 per foot per day or per round trip arrival/departure whichever is greater.

Layover fess of $2.5 per foot also applies if vessel is on the Guest Dock form more than 30 minutes before or after scheduled landing. All Commercial Operators wishing to request a reservation for the Guest Dock must contact the Harbor Master with a written request. A request does not guarantee a place on the dock at the requested time.

All Commercial Operators wishing to use the Guest Dock on a regular basis must contact the Harbor Master for completion of a Charter Operators Agreement prior to arrival and submit all requested insurance information, documentation or registration etc.
