NOTE: CHANGE TO RESERVATIONS POLICY DURING MONTH OF JULY 2013 (5/3/13)

South B each H arbor is working with America's Cup organizers to accommodate their working vessels during the Louis Vuitton, Red Bull, and America's Cup finals. Unfortunately their berthing needs here at South Beach Harbor are not finalized.

In order to assure adequate space for AC working vessel s , we are TEMPORARILY holding ALL guest slips reservations for the month of July. What this means is that you will not be able to book a July reservations until Saturday, JUNE 1 st (when we have a handle on AC bert hing needs). You may call any time on or after June 1 st for a July reservation, but remember:

•  Calls will be answered as staffing permits, not by the time called. Think “lottery .”

•  If necessary, a limit of 8 walk-ins accepted

•  We open the office at 8:30

Alth ough we cannot guarantee availability, we think there will be several slip open for the general public.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations

If a reservation is cancelled more than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date, a refund may be given in the form of credit toward future berthing at South Beach Harbor Marina. No cash or credit card refunds will be given. If a cancellation is made within 7 (seven) days of arrival date, the guest will forfeit ALL monies and berthing credit.

Minimum Daily Berthing Charge

Our berthing rate is $1.25/ft per night (no change) However, during these events, there will be a minimum charge of $45 per night (a change from our $35 per night minimum).

Guest Reservation

Guest reservations for vessels under 50' may be made anytime up to TWO calandar months in advance of arrival date (e.g., the earliest date that reservations can be made for April 15th would be February 15th).

A schedule of guest rates may be found on the Rates page of the Berthing section. Please note that all rates and policies are subject to change.

Available power supplies: 125v-3oA; 125v-50A (limited); 125/250v-50A (limited)

Group Reservations

Yacht clubs and other organizations wishing to reserve berths for groups of five or more may make reservations up to one year in advance of arrival date.
